Pfeiffer Pfeiffer has authored investment-related articles for a variety of publications and has been a speaker and/or participant in IPO conferences and industry roundtables covering subjects such as capital formation, Regulation FD, valuation, orphan companies, crisis communications and integrated corporate communications. In addition, in his capacity as an advisor and/or a board member, he has helped direct emerging companies through all aspects of the IPO process. His prior experience as a business journalist and a Series 7 registered stockbroker gave him the ideal background to address matters of communications with the investment community and media. He is a former business and financial writer for the Scripps Howard-owned Rocky Mountain News, Colorado's largest daily newspaper. He also served as a reporter, columnist and editor with newspapers in the Gannett and Cox systems. A Colorado native, he is a graduate of Benedictine College in Kansas, where he earned a bachelors degree in journalism.
